This is a covering for the air lines that acts
as a barrier to prevent the lines from tangling together, whilst
still allowing the lines to expand and contract in the normal way.
It
was rigorously tested to withstand all the conditions it will encounter
during its use. So confident were we in the product's ability we
sent it away for testing
with an independent authority (click here to view movie) . They put
it through its paces continuously for 5 hours, going through over
700 repetitions of being jack-knifed to 45 and 90 degrees. The
conclusion reached was that lines fitted with Line hugga's WILL
NOT TANGLE.
It also acts as an effective barrier to help prevent lines from
snagging and kinking, which lead to breaking.
This
universal fitting is available in sizes to cover all air lines
currently in use. There are 4 standard sizes, but a custom making
service is available to cover any unique sizes or
livery colours.
The key to the Lowbo™ Line Hugga's success lies in
the fabric. A carefully calculated formula was established to determine
the mix and ratios of yarns required for optimum performance. The fabric
is resistant to diesel, petro-chemicals, cleaning chemicals, steam
cleaning, temperature extremes and UV rays. The whole thing is fitted
using nylon ties which do not damage or inhibit the working, fittings
or plastic coating of the coil lines.
